Cancellation Policy
In line with our commitment to transparent and professional service, this policy outlines how you can manage or cancel different types of purchases on our platform, whether in the UK, EU, or the US.

Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the schedule you select. Your payment method will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery cycle unless you prepay. Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time via the link in your order confirmation email. For returns and refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Pre-orders: When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item not yet in stock. We may take no payment or a partial deposit initially and charge the remainder when the item is ready to ship. You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order is already fulfilled, please see our Returns Policy for refund options.

Try Before You Buy: For try-before-you-buy items, we will authorize your payment method upfront. You have a set trial period to decide if you will keep the item. After the trial period ends, if the item is not returned, you will be charged the full amount.

General Cancellation Terms:

Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.

Non-Cancellable Orders: Certain custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

U.S. Orders: For customers in the United States, similar policies apply. However, please note that shipping times and return conditions may vary slightly based on U.S. regulations.

Refund Process: If your cancellation is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.
