Return & Refund Policy

We operate as a made-to-order business. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Made-to-Order Items
Most of our products are produced on demand specifically for each customer. Because of this, returns are only accepted under the conditions outlined below.
2. Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
If you are a UK or EU customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, unless the item is custom-made or personalized.
To exercise this right, you must contact us in writing within the 14-day period and return the item unused and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed
Items must be in original condition
All tags and packaging must be intact
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom-made or personalized items
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. How to Initiate a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. International Orders (Including US)
For international orders, including the United States:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable
Delivery delays caused by customs are outside our control
9. Abuse & Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of repeated abuse, excessive returns, or suspected fraud.
