Shipping Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed through our store.

1. Processing Time
All orders are made to order and typically processed within 5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Times (Estimates Only)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors.
Standard Shipping: approximately 5–17 business days
Express Shipping (where available): approximately 6–8 business days
Delivery times are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected European Union countries. Availability may vary depending on product and supplier.
Shipping availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping Carriers
We use a network of trusted third-party carriers depending on destination and fulfillment partner. Carrier selection is not guaranteed and may vary per order.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, including EU orders:
Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by: Carriers, Weather, Customs, Force majeure events.
If a package appears delayed or lost, please allow an additional 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us. We will assist with tracking or claims where applicable but do not guarantee refunds for carrier delays.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
9. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or refund at our discretion.
10. Shipping & Returns Relationship
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error. All return matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
